Wait WHAT??

OK so here we go again in our great state of Florida, in Lakeland in fact. So here goes... Detective Phil Ryan was parked at a seven eleven store when he saw a man stuffing motor oil and not just one quart but enough to change the oil in a normal car 3 times and for those of you less mechanical savvy peeps that's fifteen quarts. But wait there's MORE. In addition to the oil this man had lifted thirty DVD's. Let me say this again, fifteen quarts of oil and thirty DVD's all in his jeans. Now this is where it gets even more funny. The detective waited till he walked...no waddled out before he approached him. I know what your thinking because I was thinking the same thing...Did he try to run?
