2nd Named Tropical Storm Of The Season Has Formed

The second tropical storm Bret has formed in the Caribbean down around Trinidad and Tobago. The good news is it is also expected to weaken over the next 36 hours. But on the other hand it serves as a reminder to be prepared for a storm before it comes sneaking up on us.
