As a native to Tampa Bay and supporter of my Bucs, Lightning, and Ray’s I gotta to tell you that the day Joe Madden left as the and went to Chicago was a sad day. Not only was he a great coach to the Ray’s and did amazing things with the team, but he did so very much in our hometown community. To me he had a great sense of values that spilled over to the team. Joe still has deep roots in Tampa and says he still calls it home.
