Man Shoots Facebook Live During Wild DUI Police Chase On Clearwater Beach

27 year old Ryan Stiles sped down Clearwater Beach filming himself on Facebook Live while the cops chased him. Ryan was caught and charged with mulitple charges including DUI and hit and run. Thankfully nobody was hurt, Ryan is off the streets and in front of a judge this afternoon where he belongs. Thank you Clearwater Beach PD for keeping everyone safe.
