Tom Cruise Stunt-Related Injury Revealed

Production on “Mission: Impossible 6” has been brought to a halt as Tom Cruise hurt himself performing a stunt in which he was leaping over a gap between buildings wearing support rigging. Now we know part of the extent of his injuries.
Paramount Studios confirmed in a statement that Cruise broke an ankle performing his own stunt. The studio noted the haitus will continue until their star makes a full recovery.
The release date still is set for July 27, 2018.
Here is video of the incident. You can see Cruise fall short of the building. He then pulls himself up and limps over to his crew.
