Tiele Dockens spotted a dog walking down the street carrying a bag of dog food. She thought it was a cute sight, so she took a picture and posted it to her Facebook page.
Salvador Segovia said the dog had run away Friday night, having been scared by the storm. He searched for Otis Saturday morning. Later that morning was when Dockens saw the food-toting Otis and followed him back to Segovia's house.
