Did ‘Uptown Funk’ Rip Off A Band Named Zapp & Roger?

Lastrada Entertainment owns the rights to an early 1980’s song by a funk group named Zapp, and they are suing Sony, Spotify, Apple, and songwriter Mark Ronson over the song “Uptown Funk.” Take a listen for yourself and decide.
First, “More Bounce To The Ounce” followed by “Uptown Funk”.
When you listen to “More Bounce To The Ounce,” pay attention to the music around the 48 second mark. Let us know what you think. It sounds quite a bit like “Uptown Funk” at its 3:12 point.
