Tampa Sailing Squadron is the host for this community event. TSS will once again be opening their doors to the community for the parade and awards ceremony at our clubhouse at 1250 Apollo Beach Blvd in Apollo Beach. Chili cook off after the parade.

 

 

Manatee Holiday Boat Parade

Dec. 9th 6:30p

The parade of lighted boats begins at dusk near Snead Island. The route then proceeds east past the Bradenton Yacht Club, to Riverhouse Reef and Grill and the Regatta Pointe Marina. The parade turns south at the Green Bridge and moves onward to PIER 22  and the Twin Dolphin Marina. Public viewing sites are available from the Green Bridge Pier, Riverhouse Reef & Grill, PIER 22 and on the Riverwalk in downtown Bradenton.

 

Clearwater

Dec. 9th 6:30p at Coachman Park

The decorated boats will assemble in Mandalay Channel located between Island Estates and Clearwater Beach at 6:00 pm.  At 6:30 pm, the lead boat will proceed northward through Mandalay Channel.  Then the parade will weave in and out of many of the Island Estate canals before heading over to Coachman Park around 8:00 PM. From there the boats will go under the new Memorial Causeway Bridge turning into the Clearwater Marina Channel before navigating to the Clearwater Yacht Club.

 

Dunedin

Dec. 2nd 6:00p – 9:00p

Dunedin Marina/Edgewater Park:
Ring in the holidays during this traditional waterfront celebration as decorated boats parade through the Marina at approximately 7pm. Enjoy holiday music and s’mores while waiting for Santa to arrive by boat and lead the countdown in the lighting of the City’s Christmas tree.

 

Gibsonton/Riverview

33nd Annual Alafia Lighted Boat Parade

December 2nd, 2017 5:00pm

Parade of lighted boats will start from the 301 bridge at 5:30 pm and the parade will continue past the Civic Center to “The Diddy” and then back past the civic center ending at River’s Edge Bar and Grill where the award ceremony for the best-decorated boats will be held. Santa will be there too.

Hernando Beach Yacht Club annual Christmas boat parade will be leaving the dock at 6:30 p.m. It will be traveling down Marlin canal, Cheeks Creek canal and return, then Tarpon canal ending at the boat ramp.

Traditionally occurring on the first Saturday in December, the Alafia Lighted Boat Parade has evolved to take various forms. This year’s parade will start at Williams Park and will conclude at River’s Edge for awards and a special VIP party.

The 32nd Annual Sarasota Holiday Boat Parade of Lights will be held on Saturday December 09, 2017 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The best areas for viewing are Marina Jack Restaurant, Bay front Park, City Island and Centennial Park.

The Parade Viewing Party starts at 6 p.m. in Horan Park and includes music, hot chocolate, art projects for children, and a special visit from Santa. Admission is free.
