Strange DUI Charge In Lakeland

A woman near Lakeland received one of the strangest DUI's you've ever heard.

Deputies in Polk County were called to Combee Road near North Crystal Lake Road because a woman appeared to be in danger while riding a horse.

The woman, Donna Byrne, was charged with DUI on a horse and animal neglect after breath samples of .157 and .161, around twice the legal limit, were recorded in a field sobriety test.
