A guitar that Bob Dylan played during many of his 1970's concerts, a 1963 Martin D-28 acoustic guitar, was sold by Heritage Auctions and it brought in a pretty penny. Quite a few in fact.

An anonymous buyer placed the winning bid of $396,500 on the guitar.

The guitar had previously been owened by Larry Cragg, Dylan's guitar repairman, who purchased the guitar in 1977 for just $500.
