Charles Manson, who was serving 9 life sentences for his part as a cult leader and murderer, has died after spending almost 50 years behind bars.
Most well-known for his cult’s killing of actress Sharon Tate and others in 1969, Manson was convicted despite his pleas of not guilty.
Manson was repeatedly refused parole.
