BINGE ALERT: ‘Lilyhammer’

E Street Band guitarist Steven Van Zandt celebrates a birthday today (November 22), and if you’re looking for a way to honor him, we have the perfect idea.

As far as Van Zandt’s acting career goes, most people know all about his work on The Sopranos, but those who subscribe to Netflix should really check out the streaming service’s original series Lilyhammer.

Lilyhammer stars Van Zandt as Frank Tagliano, a former mob member who enters the witness protection program after testifying against his mob boss.  He decides to relocate to Lillehammer, Norway because of how pretty it looked on TV during the 1994 Winter Olympics.  (Spoiler:  It isn’t so pretty after all.)  Needless to say, this is a fish-out-water story you have to check out.
