Dept Of Labor Wants To Change The Way You Tip Your Waiter/Waitress

Currently there is a ban on pooling tips and spreading it out to everyone in the restaurant. You tip your waiter/waitress based on the service you receive and that person keeps the tip. The Department of Labor is considering reversing that ban which would allow owners to take all the tips and spread it around however they wanted.
