Five traits make a difference in your longevity. So much so, that having these traits will help you overcome your genetics. Researchers analyzed health and personality traits in a group of Italians between the ages of 90 and 101. They found these folks had a lot of traits in common.
Here are the traits:
1. Positivity
2. Stubbornness
3. Conscientious work ethic
4. Living a rural life and loving it
5. A strong connection with your family and religion
