If you’ve made your 2018 New Year’s Resolutions, here are two tips that will help you stick to them: First of all, envision the end result and reverse engineer it….

If you've made your 2018 New Year's Resolutions, here are two tips that will help you stick to them:

First of all, envision the end result and reverse engineer it. Write out how the change would improve your life, once you see that visual in your mind...you'll find creative ways to make it happen.

Get excited about your resolution by giving it greater purpose. Maybe you're saying, "I'd love to lose weight so I can fit into my jeans." Add to it by saying, "I'd love to lose weight to live long for my kids and grandkids."
