Health Hacks for 2018

The key to sticking to your New Year’s resolutions has to do with how specific they are. Here are some specific health resolutions you can try to follow in 2018….

The key to sticking to your New Year's resolutions has to do with how specific they are. Here are some specific health resolutions you can try to follow in 2018. And these are doctor-approved.

1. Brush your teeth well. Heart health and lung health have been proven to be linked to good dental hygiene.
2. Reading more books will help to lower your blood pressure.
3. Add minerals to your water, like a pinch of Himalayan salt or magnesium, for better fluid absorption.
4. Cover those tootsies when you sleep to get better rest.
