If you’re a fan of Love Actually, like me, you know the best love stories come from across the pond. Well, here’s a true story of lovers destined to be together.

A 26-year- old couple in London, Ed and Heidi Savitt, wed last summer after dating six years. They believed they’d originally met in college. But when they introduced their mothers, Heidi’s mom said, “This isn’t the first time Heidi’s fallen for a guy named Ed.”

The family had gone on a vacation to Turkey when Heidi was six years old and the little girl had been crazy about another boy named Ed who was also on vacation with his family. The families figured out it was the same Ed.
