It seems some folks have taken advantage of airline policies regarding emotional support animal travel. Well, Delta Airlines is laying down the law. They've noticed an 84% increase in animal-related incidents because of the loosey-goosey (pardon the pun) regulations. They will be enforcing new policies beginning in March, which will require owners provide a signed letter stating that their animal can behave and is trained, in addition to the current requirement of a letter from a mental health professional and shot records for their pet.
