Howell Emanuel Donaldson III is accused of killing 4 people over the course of 6 weeks in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. Mayor Bob Buckhorn stated at an event last week that he would be very disappointed if the State did not seek the death penalty.
State Attorney Andrew Warren has just announced that the State will seek the death penalty against Donaldson.
