Heather Locklear Arrested For Domestic Violence

She was taken in for felony domestic violence and battery on a cop. Trouble came when her brother arrived to the home and found her and her boyfriend fighting. The cops were examining the scene and found that Locklear's boyfriend had noticeable marks from the fight.
Authorities tried to put her in handcuffs to take her in and that's when she allegedly became defensive and attacked a cop.
She's had substance abuse problems before along with domestic violence.
