California Has Banned Distracted Walking – New $500 Fine

Really? I can't look at my cell phone and walk anymore in California?! Yeah, that's right! Cali has banned distracted walking!

Violators can now be fined $100 and even more violations will result in $500 fines!!!! WHAT!?

They said too many people were crossing streets while looking at their phones so they had to start this new law.
