Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux Have Custody Agreement For Their 4 Dogs

Does this sound smart or is it silly? It's rumored that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have a custody agreement for their dogs just in case they broke up.

Since they never had children of their own there dogs are their children. That being said it was important for them to have a custody agreement put together before getting married just in case something happened.

It's rumored that Jen will keep the LA dogs and Justin will keep the pit bull in NYC since there split. They've also made the decision to have visitation rights as well.
