Your parents were right. You are who you hang out with. A new study illustrates that further by pointing out that stress is CONTAGIOUS. So if the friends you hang with are stressed out, your brain may pick up on those stressful vibes, and then soon thereafter, you’ll be feeling as stressed as your compadres. All the more reason to chill out, not just for yourself and your health, but to help those around you.
