Severe weather rolled through the Tampa bay area on Tuesday. But some residents report that their lawns didn't receive the soaking that they expected. The path of the storms that moved in off of the Gulf made for hit-and-miss showers and T-Storms for the region. While some didn't see much rain at all... other areas saw downpours of over an inch and even quarter-sized hale.
