The Tampa Bay area dominated the rankings, specifically, Tampa itself. Leading the way is Harbour Island at #1. In fact, 4 of the top 5 areas were located in Tampa.

Following Harbour Island are Spanishtown, Courier City/Oscawana, Hyde Park and at #5, the first location NOT in Tampa, the Orwin Manor neighborhood in Orlando.
