The new stamp features Fred Rogers, posed with his red sweater.
A ceremony was held at WQED-TV in Pittsburgh where Fred Rogers worked for 50 years.
"Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood" ran from 1968 until 2000. Rogers died in 2003 from stomach cancer at the age of 74.
