Starting July 1st, condo associations, hotels and homeowners who live on the beach will have the right to rope off their own private beach area. The wet part of the sand will still be available to the public, but the dry sand behind the wet sand could become a private beach area. Flori-duh is the only state in the country to pass a law like this.
