As you can imagine, parents are split down the middle on this law because they watch the news and know terrible things can happen to kids out there in the big bad world.
When we were growing up, we got onto our bikes and rode off to play coming home before the street lights came on. Now, 'helicopter parents' watch every single move their kids make.
