Soulikhanh Vorasane, 39 was arrested for taking $30,000 worth of scratch tickets from Wynn Dixie at 7491 N Fourth street in St. Petersburg. Vorasane was seen on video taking tickets starting in February and stashing them in the break room.
He is currently out on $10,000 bail. No word if he actually won any money from the tickets.
