“Sherlock,” “Avengers” Actor Benedict Cumberbatch Turns Into Real Life Hero

You never know who might suddenly turn into a real-life hero.

While traveling in a London Uber, Benedict Cumberbatch witnessed an attack by four men on a bicyclist. He jumped from the car and pulled muggers off a bicyclist.

The star of BBC’s “Sherlock” was followed by the Uber driver and saved the food delivery bicyclist only about ½ mile from the fictitious Baker Street home of Sherlock Holmes.

The Uber driver said Cumberbatch seemed to know just what he was doing and did most of the work, then checked on and hugged the victim.

This happened back in November, but it just became public recently.
