The 17-year-old who was involved in the street racing crash on Bayshore Blvd that killed a mother and baby will be tried as an adult.
John Barrineau was street racing against a driver who struck the victims on Bayshore Blvd., and was originally set for juvenile court, but will be upgraded to an adult in Circuit Court.
Barrineau will likely be eligible for bail when he arraigned.
