A new survey on civility was released and revealed that 75% of Americans view incivility as having reached “crisis levels,” and that we are gradually “losing stature as a civil nation.”
Where are people experiencing ill-manners and rudeness? All over the place: on highways and roadways, while shopping, in the neighborhood, and online. The silver-lining is that 86% surveyed said that their workplace is a civil one.
