Seriously, best…”Carpool Karaoke”…EVER!

Paul McCartney’s turn as guest on the popular Late Late Show segment aired last night, and it was far more moving than expected.

James Corden and McCartney drove all around Liverpool (including on Penny Lane) and made various stops along the way, with the most interesting being McCartney’s childhood home.  Along the way, the two sang Beatles classics like “Drive My Car,” “Penny Lane,” “Let It Be,” “Blackbird” and even “Come On to Me,” a track off his new album Egypt Station.

The whole segment culminated in the now infamous surprise Philharmonic pub show and an epic “Hey Jude” sing-a-long.

For real, how is Corden ever going to top this?  We don’t think he can.
