Why should it surprise us that a new study found a link between ADHD and screen time? The study looked at tenth graders who used their phones often. They discovered that years later, ADHD was more likely to be found in those kids who used texting and social media more often.

Makes you wonder if that same effect is had on adults and also, at the other end of the spectrum, toddlers.
