A writer for Delish.com came across a diet that claims a person could still lose weight even while drinking wine and eating meals out all by adding one item to her diet. The woman who tried it managed to lose 15 pounds and lower her blood pressure, something she was never able to do on other diet plans. She learned about it from a post for the F-Factor diet on Instagram, which claims eating Scandinavian Fiber Crispbread was the trick.  With the addition of the high fiber bread and drinking water, she was able to feel full all of the time, even while enjoying a glass of wine every night.
