Recently, the NFL announced that teams will be adding male cheerleaders to their squads.

No, it's not a scene from The Longest Yard, it's really going to happen. VanityFair.com reports that the Los Angeles Rams and the New Orleans Saints are adding "male" cheerleaders to their squads starting THIS season.

In the wake of massive image problems and enormously low ratings for the NFL, do they really think adding male cheerleaders will help the situation?
