All across Perry’s various social media accounts is the following scrolling script video message that simply reads, “I know it’s been a long time comin’...”
If this is potentially new music from the former Journey frontman/Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, then yes, it truly is a long time comin’. His last studio release came via 1994’s For the Love of Strange Medicine. Of course, Perry has been popping up in very random places since leaving the music industry, with the most recent incident occurring in July when Toad the Wet Sprocket shared the following video with the caption, “What do you say when Steve Perry crashes your tour rehearsal and wants to sing??? YES!”
Hopefully, we won’t have to wait much longer to see what Perry has in store for fans.
