We love seeing people come together in the name of rock and roll, but these AC/DC fans had some other plans when they gathered at the Sydney Guitar Festival recently.

Over 450 guitarists attended the festival and performed the classic “Highway To Hell” in hopes of breaking the current Guinness World Record for “Largest Electric Guitar Ensemble,” which is 368 guitarists who performed the Guns N’ Roses rendition of “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door.”

The group has yet to hear from the brass at Guinness, but we all have our fingers crossed for them.  At the very least, the group of guitarists that assembled sounded pretty great, and kudos to those who couldn’t help but headbang throughout the song.
