A new record has been set for the most expensive autographed baseball ever.

According to Yahoo Sports, a baseball signed by 11 of the original Baseball Hall of Famers has just sold for $632,369 which shatters the previous record. Autographs on the ball include; Bab Ruth, Honus Wagner, Cy Young, Ty Cobb and Connie Mack.

The players on the record holding ball were part of the 25 men originally inducted into the Hall of Fame in it's first four years, from '36 to '39. The Hall of Fame building did not actually open until 1939. When the "Hall" did finally open, only 11 of the original 25 were still alive. It was at that opening ceremony that this particular ball was autographed.

The autographed ball has gotten very expensive over the years. The last time the ball was sold was in 1997 and it sold for $55,000.

The previous record-holding-ball was held by a ball that was signed by Babe Ruth, which sold for $388,375 in 2014.
