When you go to bed at night what is the last thing you look at, your spouse or your phone?

A recent survey by TheNewYorkTimes.com discovered that 25% of people say its their phone.

In fact the survey also found that 93% of people sleep with their phone in arms reach, while 10% actually sleep with it under their pillow.

At least 30% of these people also claim having their phone so close has had a negative impact on their sex life.

While that means that 75% of of the people still have their priorities somewhat straight, its probably not likely that they are all completely boycotting their phones in bed.

On average, we spend about 40 minutes on our phone before bed every night. Are you part of the 25% of the peopl that take their phone to bed? Take our Q105 Twitter Poll and let us know.
