Are you prone to jet lag? Does travel to other time zones get you down. We're here to offer some help.
Here are tips to preventing and dealing with jet lag:
1. Force yourself to stay awake the first night. Or force yourself to fall asleep early, depending upon which direction you've flown.
2. Drink more water than usual before, during and after the flight.
3. This may seem counter-productive but avoid caffeine the day you fly.
