We blame a lot of our problems focusing on our digital devices, but apparently biology is to blame, as well. A study was performed at Princeton University found that your brain tries changing what you're concentrating on four times every SECOND. Researchers explain that it's related to biology because we had to constantly be on high alert, anticipating danger.
