Here are some gator safety tips: Do not feed gators; it’s illegal and then gators tie people to food. And even though gators might look like they are chilling, all of a sudden they can move very quickly! Know they are most active between dusk and dawn. And keep pets at least 10 feet from the bank. And call the Nuisance Alligator Hotline if you’ve got an issue.
