The wage gap between what men & women make is still an issue.

According to USA Today the wage gap between men and women has narrowed, but its still ridiculously disparaging. Especially when both a man and woman are performing the same exact job. Right now, the average woman makes .82 cents for every dollar a man will earn at the same job. And in some jobs catagories the wage difference is even bigger.

The two jobs where the biggest difference in wages between men and women, were Personal Financial Advisors and Administrative Services. Female financial advisors make 58.9 cents for every $1 men make. And for administrative service manages, women make 62.2 cents for every $1 men earn. 

The website Wall Street 24/7 analyzed and named these top 10 jobs as the "worst paying" jobs for women:

  1. Personal Financial Advisor - women make 58.9 cents for every $1 men make
  2. Administrative Services Manage - women make 62.2 cents for every $1 men make
  3. Securities, commodities, financial services, sales agents - women make 64.3 cents for $1 men make
  4. EMT's and Paramedics - women make 65.5 cents for every $1 men make
  5. Misc Sales Reps, Energy Reps, telecommunications, & Scientific research - women make 67.6 cents for every $1 men make
  6. Housekeeper and Janitorial Supervisors - women make 68.8 cents for every $1 men make
  7. Real Estate Brokers and Sales Agents - women make 70.6 cents for every $1 men make
  8. Financial Managers - women make 71.1 cents for every$1 men make
  9. Production and Operating Worker Supervisors - women make 71.1 cents for every $1 men make
  10. Retail Sales Worker Supervisors - women make 71.7 cents for every $1 men make

Women have truly "come along way baby" in closing the wage gap, but it appears there is still a long to go.
