According to the New York Times, some restaurants and spas are now adding cannabis to their menus. At the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel in Los Angeles, nonintoxicating cannabidiol (CBD) is finding its way into cocktails and desserts, with an infused mojito and three sweet options offered to patrons.
In Napa, spas are incorporating the use of CBD oil, which claims anti-inflammatory properties to help with insomnia, pain relief, anxiety and eczema.
In Washington, high cuisine is taking on a different meaning as THC infused meals are being served at the Thompson Seattle.
