The idea of ever getting a good night’s sleep again just flew out the window.

A doctor recently found a small spider living in a 60-year-old man’s ear canal. The doctor made the discovery after the man came in complaining of an insect in his head. He said it sounded like a “beating drum.”

The spider was spinning a web to make itself at home. The doctor flushed the spider out with water and the unnamed patient didn’t suffer any permanent injury.
