Don Was Turns 66. Who? Remember ‘Walk The Dinosaur’?

Don Was is a music producer, but he still had time to get us dancing in 1987.

Was (Not Was) had their only Billboard Top 10 single with "Walk The Dinosaur". Was did, however, make a big splash as a producer for some pretty successful records, including "Cosmic Thing" by the B-52's, "Hootie & The Blowfish" by the title band, and even "Blue & Lonesome", the 2016 release by The Rolling Stones.
