Study Says No Exercise Could Lead to Sickness

According to a study, no exercise could mean cardiovascular disease or other health problems.
This study, that is the first to estimate physical activity trends around the world over time, was done between 2001 and 2016.
In a statement, the WHO said that many people just aren’t moving around enough and this is causing concern.
