New iPhones Have New Problems

The new Apple iPhone XS and XS Max may have some issues when it comes to charging.

The claims come from some users who say the phone becomes unresponsive to a charger when plugged in. The issue reportedly takes place when users connect a lightning cable to the phone and then connect that to the wall using a “common” wall charger.
