We love watching football, chilling on the couch, and eating wings and pizza and chips and guacamole…ahh, I could go on and on with all the yummy football party foods. These foods aren’t always the healthiest for you, unless you’re just going straight veggie tray. Here are some tips to avoid this particular type of seasonal weight gain:
1. Eat a healthy meal before the game. Fuel up on good-for-you stuff and you’ll be less inclined to dig into junk.
2. Wear a belt. Can’t fill up if your tummy is tightened up.
3. Flip-flop between beer and water.
