These foods aren't always the healthiest for you, unless you're just going straight veggie tray. Here are some tips to avoid this particular type of seasonal weight gain:

1. Eat a healthy meal before the game. Fuel up on good-for-you stuff and you'll be less inclined to dig into junk.
2. Wear a belt. Can't fill up if your tummy is tightened up.
3. Flip-flop between beer and water.
